DiL SE WiLL introduces money back guarantee policy exclusively for its Will making services. The terms and conditions are as follows-
- Guaranteed money back policy is exclusively applied on our Will making services.
- The claim for such money back has to be lodged within 7 days from the date of providing the Final Will.
- The claim has to be raised by specifying the reasonable cause of dis- satisfaction in detail.
- The matter will be discussed and closed by giving appropriate solutions within 3 working days. If the client is still dis-satisfied, the paid amount of money shall be refunded within 10 working days from the end of the said 3 days.
- The client cannot copy/ use the given final Will/ any part thereof if he/she opts for money back. The Company reserves its right to take the legal course of action in case if it comes across such misuse.
